Booty Band Co products may be covered under warranty for manufacturer faults or defects subject to product and time period. The warranty period is as of the date of purchase. We attempt to update the online warranty information as frequently as possible however Booty Band Co reserves the right to change warranty details at any time.
Our warranty only applies to the original purchaser from where the purchase was made from our Booty Band Co online store or authorised Booty Band Co Reseller only and is strictly not transferable.
After determining whether there are manufacturer faults or damages to the product, Booty Band Co will determine, in its discretion, the reasonable call to action method to remedy the issues.
Claims must be made within the warranty period (please see below).
Warranty exclusions:
- Ordinary wear and tear of the product
- Any product incorrectly stored or stored/used outdoors
- User negligence, misuse or abuse
- The product not being used for its intended purpose
